Delivery and shipping
Asa’s Beauty Co and Wellness currently offers delivery across South Africa through Pargo, subject to service availability and the supported collection or delivery locations displayed during checkout.
Order dispatch timeframe
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment has been received and confirmed. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier availability and operational circumstances. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the selected parcel weight category:

Customers must select the appropriate parcel weight category during checkout. Orders exceeding 15 kg require prior arrangement with Asa’s Beauty Co and Wellness before placing a delivery order.
Collection
Collection is free where an available collection arrangement has been confirmed by Asa’s Beauty Co and Wellness. Customers must wait for collection confirmation before attempting to collect an order.
Delivery delays
Asa’s Beauty Co and Wellness will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timeframes. Where a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified where reasonably possible. Customers experiencing delivery difficulties should contact our support team with their order reference number.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights relating to late, failed or incomplete delivery.
